Mindtickle Pricing: 4 Packages and Real Cost

Mindtickle publishes no price. It sells four packages, Readiness, Enable, Transform and an LMS Package, and Vendr puts the median contract at $44,356 a year across 65 purchases. Here is what each package includes, which one a sales team actually needs, and how the certification job compares with a published per-learner rate.

Mindtickle does not publish a price. It sells four packages, Readiness, Enable, Transform and an LMS Package, and none of them carries a rate on Mindtickle's own site. The only hard numbers come from purchase data: Vendr reports a median Mindtickle contract of $44,356 a year across 65 purchases, with a low of $11,157 and a high of $138,726. Your number depends on the package, the number of reps and whether you add AI role play.

If you are pricing Mindtickle, you are probably running a sales team large enough to have an enablement owner and a ramp problem worth a five-figure budget. The useful question is not only what Mindtickle costs but which of the four packages you actually need, because the cheapest one is an LMS and the most expensive one is a call-recording product with training attached.

How much does Mindtickle cost?

Mindtickle costs a median of about $44,000 a year according to Vendr, which bases the figure on 65 purchases and reports buyers saving 18 percent on average against the first quote. The range in that data runs from $11,157 to $138,726 a year. Mindtickle itself prints no rate: when we checked on 16 September 2026, mindtickle.com/pricing returned a 404, and the page that does describe what you buy, its legal Description of Subscription Services, lists packages and modules with no dollar amounts.

Figure Value Source
Published rate None Mindtickle website, no pricing page
Median annual contract $44,356 Vendr, third-party purchase data (65 purchases)
Lowest and highest contract seen $11,157 and $138,726 a year Vendr, third-party
Average negotiated saving 18 percent Vendr, third-party

Treat every one of those as a planning anchor, not a quote. A median across 65 deals mixes a 40-rep team on the LMS Package with a 1,000-rep revenue org on Transform, and the spread between the low and the high is more than twelve times.

What are the Mindtickle pricing packages?

Mindtickle sells four packages. Three of them stack on each other and one sits on its own. This is how the Description of Subscription Services lays them out.

Package What it includes Ready-to-deploy programs
LMS Package Assessments, certifications, courses, checklists, instructor-led training, quick updates, the Readiness Index, AI Copilot and analytics 1
Readiness The training modules plus spaced reinforcement, one-way AI role play, coaching rooms and the Readiness Index 1
Enable Readiness plus Asset Hub for sales content and Digital Sales Rooms for buyers 2
Transform Enable plus Call AI, which records and analyzes sales calls 3

Mindtickle defines a ready-to-deploy program as a pre-built, customizable program you can launch to a team quickly, so the count is a proxy for how much packaged enablement content comes with each tier. Two-way, interactive AI role play is described as a separate AI offering from the one-way role play inside Readiness, Enable and Transform, which means the conversational practice most buyers picture when they hear "AI role play" is worth asking about as its own line.

Which Mindtickle package do you actually need?

Most sales teams need less than they get quoted. The package decision comes down to which of three problems you are solving.

If the problem is proving reps are trained and certified, the LMS Package covers it: courses, assessments, certifications, checklists and instructor-led sessions with analytics on top. That is the same job a corporate LMS does, and it is where Mindtickle is most directly compared with a published-rate platform.

If the problem is reps who know the material but cannot deliver it, Readiness adds practice: spaced reinforcement, AI role play and coaching rooms. This is where Mindtickle is genuinely strong, and a plain LMS will not replace it.

If the problem is that reps cannot find content or that nobody reviews real calls, you are shopping for Enable or Transform. At that point you are buying a sales enablement suite and a conversation intelligence tool, and it is fair to compare the quote against dedicated tools for each job rather than against an LMS.

Mindtickle vs CompanyLMS: cost for the certification job

If the LMS Package is what you need, the comparison is straightforward, because CompanyLMS publishes its rate. Business is $7 per active learner a month, or $6 billed annually, and includes certification tracking with renewal reminders, role-based onboarding paths and a skills matrix. Team is $4, or $3 billed annually, with a 25-learner minimum.

Sales reps CompanyLMS Business, billed annually Mindtickle
50 $3,600 a year Quote only. Vendr's lowest reported contract is $11,157
100 $7,200 a year Quote only. Vendr's median across all sizes is $44,356
250 $18,000 a year Quote only. Vendr's highest reported contract is $138,726

The honest caveat cuts both ways. CompanyLMS does not do AI role play, call recording, a sales content hub or digital sales rooms, so if those are why Mindtickle is on your list, this table is not the comparison that matters. What it does show is how much of a Mindtickle budget goes to the certification and onboarding layer when that is all a team uses. If rep certification is the job, our sales onboarding and rep certification software page shows how the ramp path and certification records work.

Is Mindtickle worth it?

Mindtickle is worth it for a sales organization of roughly 100 reps or more with a dedicated enablement team, a formal certification program and managers who will actually run coaching and role play. In that setting the Readiness Index and practice tools earn their cost, and the platform is one of the most complete readiness products on the market.

It is harder to justify for a 30-person sales team whose real need is a structured ramp and a record of who is certified on what. That team pays for coaching rooms nobody opens and for content tools it already has in the CRM. The time a rep saves in ramp is also only half the productivity story. Once a rep is certified, a growing number of teams hand the account research and first touch to an AI SDR that researches the account and writes the outreach, so the rep's certified pitch is spent on conversations rather than on list building.

Benchmarks on how long ramp takes by role, and what actually shortens it, are in our sales rep ramp time guide.

Mindtickle alternatives with pricing you can check

Most of the sales readiness category quotes privately. Mindtickle, Highspot, Allego and Seismic Learning, the product that used to be Lessonly, all ask for a call before a number. The platforms that print a rate are the ones to put next to a Mindtickle quote if you want a budget check.

Platform Published price Best for
CompanyLMS $4 or $7 per active learner a month, $3 or $6 billed annually Rep onboarding, certification tracking and compliance training
WorkRamp, now Learn:Up From $9 per user a month, billed annually, based on a 200-person company SaaS sales teams that want AI simulations and pitch certification in the LMS
360Learning Team from $8 per registered user a month, up to 100 users Playbooks written and reviewed by top reps
TalentLMS Core $119 a month up to 40 users Small teams that want the full rate card up front

WorkRamp is the closest like-for-like of those, because it also sells AI practice for reps. Its rate and what changed after the Confirm rebrand are on our WorkRamp pricing page, and the full side-by-side of sales training platforms, including the quote-only ones, is in the best sales training software comparison.

Questions to ask before you sign a Mindtickle contract

Which package is this quote for, and what would the LMS Package cost for the same reps? Getting both numbers shows what the readiness and enablement layers are costing you. How is a user counted? The Description of Subscription Services does not define it, so get the definition in the order form. Is two-way AI role play included, or priced as its own offering? What is the onboarding fee, and which ready-to-deploy programs are included? What is the renewal cap? Vendr's 18 percent average saving says there is room to negotiate the first year, and the renewal is where that saving is most often taken back.

If the answers point to a team that needs certification and a clean ramp more than coaching software, you can build a rep onboarding course in the Course Studio above and see the certification record it produces before you buy anything.
